In this 45 minute Yoga class, survivor Michelle will guide you in sequences that calm the nervous system, strengthen and stretch your muscles and release your mind from past and present stressors.

Breathing techniques and positive affirmations will end the class. No previous Yoga experience is required. Even the Intermediate Yoga student will benefit from this class.


Michelle is a Certified Hatha and Chair Yoga Teacher, Meditation Practitioner and Certified Stroke and Brain Injury Fitness Instructor/Coach.
